Contact Form Submissions
When you complete our contact form we collect:

- SMTP2GO - Email delivery service used to transmit contact form notifications to us. Your submitted details are passed to SMTP2GO solely for the purpose of delivering the email.
- Google Analytics - Website analytics service operated by Google LLC. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data about your visit. Google may transfer this data to servers in the United States. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We will not otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party unless required to do so by law.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained on our server for a period of up to 12 months, after which they are securely deleted. Emails received are subject to our standard email retention practices.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website is served over HTTPS. Stored form submissions are held in a directory that is not publicly accessible.
